VISITING DISPLAYS AND MUSIC

EXTERIOR EXHIBITS
On special event days, we encourage, invite and welcome numerous exhibitors to use our fenced display area to show their collections and talk to our visitors. At other times we also enable various organisations, such as Boston Classic Car Club, Military Vehicle groups and others to get together and spend a day or the whole weekend showing off their vehicles or perhaps hold a meeting or a get together before or after a tour.
VARIOUS PERFORMERS
Our Special Event days, (for example; Father's Day, VE Day, Armed Forces Day and others - not forgetting of course, the Anniversay of Museum's opening) we book entertainers to perform for our visitors and to celebrate the event. Usually singers and Bands that play music and sing songs appropriate to the date. Joanne Shields and the Little Big Band, Wartime Tribute Act Miss Sarah-Jane, and The Blighty Belles, to name a few. Performances are always well attended and in the event of bad weather, we move everything into the Main Hall so that we can all keep warm and dry.
