Below is our architect’s impression of how our new hangar, interior display and events area building will look when completed - and a floorplan. A significant project which, in addition to being a safe, weatherproof location for our Hawker Hurricane exhibit, enabling it to be on display at all times, it will also provide display room for WW2 RAF displays, and space which can also be used as an interior events room all year round.
A couple of money-saving changes to the originally planned layout resulted in a delay to the planning permission (now fully granted), but we do still need to purchase an industrial strength vertical roller door. Can you help?
